4 Seasons at Beech Auction Update- Updated August 16, 2025
The 4 Seasons at Beech Association of Co-Owners is moving forward with its restructuring process. The property auction has been rescheduled to September 8–10, 2025 (originally August 18–20) to allow more time for marketing and bidder engagement.

Four Seasons at Beech – Owner Town Hall Scheduled for July 12, 2025
The Board of Directors invites all owners to attend a Town Hall meeting on July 12, 2025 at 10:00 AM EST, held both in person at the Clubhouse and via Zoom. The session will provide important updates on the resort’s transition from timeshare ownership to tenancy-in-common (TIC).

Background:
On April 25, 2025, a Special Meeting of Co-Owners was held, and owners voted to terminate the timeshare (interval ownership) program, effective May 1, 2025. As a result, ownership has shifted from weekly intervals to Tenants-in-Common (TIC) status.

The Association of Co-Owners of 4 Seasons at Beech Condominium will hold a Special Meeting via Zoom on April 25, 2025, at 5:00 PM EST to review and vote on a proposed Amendment to the Declaration of Condominium.
Purpose of the Meeting:
To consider and vote on an amendment that would terminate the Interval Ownership Program and convert interval interests into remainder interests as tenants in common, in accordance with North Carolina statutes.
